Mica Heater: The stainless steel mica heater uses a 0.3~0.5mm stainless steel plate as the outer shell, a highly insulating and high-temperature resistant mica plate as the core, and evenly winds various standard specifications of nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as the heating element. It is processed into various required shapes by a forming machine. According to the customer's required wiring method, the voltage can be 110V, 180V, 220V, 380V, with a power load of 3.5W per square centimeter. Adding insulation to the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared rays on the inner heat dissipation surface can save 35% of electricity.
Stainless steel mica heaters are available in coil and plate shapes.
