Electric heating boiler mainly consists of the boiler body, electric control box, and control system. Its characteristics are environmental protection, cleanliness, no pollution, no noise, and full automation. With the reduction and significant price increase of limited energy, thermal oil boilers, as emerging boiler equipment, are increasingly recognized by everyone. The electric heating tube is the core component of the electric heating boiler, directly determining the service life of the boiler. It is advisable to choose non-metallic electric heating tubes (such as ceramic electric heating tubes) because they are load-resistant, have a long life, and have a water-electricity separation structure, ensuring the boiler never leaks electricity. The electric heater uses a metal tubular electric heater to heat water, directly converting electrical energy into thermal energy (producing hot water or steam). It does not require combustion to convert chemical energy into thermal energy, thus no need to supply air and fuel for combustion, and no harmful gases or ash are emitted, fully meeting environmental requirements.
Instructions
(1) Preparations before startup: First, check the open/close status of valves. Valves that should be opened include: the inlet and outlet valves of the main circulation oil pump; the thermal oil inlet and outlet valves of the reactor jacket and built-in coil, and the vent valve. Valves that should be closed include: the drain valve on the main oil return pipeline; the drain valve on the expansion oil tank. Next, check the electrical aspects: whether the power supply to the control cabinet is connected; observe whether the temperature measuring instrument displays and record the displayed temperature. Then, check the sealing condition of each connection, such as the sealing of the pump inlet and outlet valves and flanges; the flange sealing of the heating furnace liner; the sealing of the circulation oil pump, etc., to ensure they are intact. Also, check whether the fasteners are loose, such as the foundation connection of the circulation oil pump.
(2) Startup: Only start the machine after all the above preparations are completed. First, press the jog button of the circulation oil pump motor; observe whether the pump operates normally. Then start the circulation oil pump, electric heating boiler while observing the pressure gauge on the thermal oil furnace; the normal value should be between 0.2MPa and 0.4MPa. At this time, check the operating status of each pump and the sealing condition of each sealing surface. After the circulation pump has been running for about 3 to 5 minutes, press the adjustment heating and base power heating buttons to start the oil furnace heating up. During the heating process, adjust the base power heating group according to the required temperature to achieve the desired working condition.
[1] During the heating process, frequently observe the pressure gauge on the oil furnace. When the pressure reading is below 0.2MPa, promptly turn off one or several groups of base power heating. During normal heating, the pressure should be maintained at around 0.3MPa.
[2] For the vent valve on the reactor, do not close it completely during the first startup; keep it slightly open. After normal operation, it can be fully closed, but it is best to keep it slightly open. However, during future oil replenishment, this valve must be open.
[3] During the first startup, when the temperature rises to 170~180°C, the entire system should be insulated, and the insulation time should not be less than 6 hours.
[4] Temperature rise control: During the first startup and heating, take 5°C as a temperature rise stage (based on the temperature on the oil return pipeline) for heating. Observe the pressure gauge reading; only proceed to the next stage after the pressure is normal. If unstable, perform group insulation at that stage until the pressure stabilizes before adjusting to the next temperature stage. Control indicators: Pressure: 0.2MPa~0.4MPa
Temperature difference between pump inlet and outlet: 10~15°C
(3) Electric heating boiler shutdown: First, turn off the base power heating and adjustment heating groups, while observing the readings on the inlet and outlet temperature display. Only stop the circulation oil pump when the oil temperature drops below 100°C.
