Handheld Thermocouple Precautions: It has many advantages such as flexibility, high pressure resistance, fast thermal response time, and durability. Like industrial assembled thermocouples, it is used as a temperature sensor, usually in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. It can also serve as the temperature sensing element of assembled thermocouples. It can directly measure the temperature of liquids, steam, other gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of 0°C to 800°C in various production processes. Compared with assembled thermocouples, handheld thermocouples have the advantages of flexibility, high pressure resistance, short thermal response time, and durability.
Handheld Thermocouple Precautions:
1. It has flexibility. Except for the head, the armored thermal resistor can be bent in any direction, making it suitable for temperature measurement in complex structures and small equipment.
2. Handheld Thermocouple has good vibration resistance and impact resistance, so its lifespan is longer than ordinary thermal resistors.
3. Handheld thermocouples have a long service life. The resistance element of the armored thermal resistor is protected by the iron oxide insulation material and metal sheath, so the thermal resistor wire is not easily corroded by harmful media.
4. The explosion-proof thermal resistor uses a specially structured junction box to confine the explosion caused by sparks or arcs in the explosive gas mixture inside the junction box.
5. It will not cause an explosion at the production site. The explosion-proof thermal resistor can be used for temperature measurement in explosive hazardous areas of class Bla--B3c. The anti-corrosion thermal resistor uses PTFE anti-corrosion material.
6. As an integral protective sleeve or two-piece sleeve, it can also be directly treated with anti-corrosion material on the protective tube, in three forms: spraying, sintering, and sleeve sealing.
7. Suitable for measurement in strongly alkaline corrosive media, with a temperature resistance of 250°C. The fixed installation form can also use a fixed thread made of the same PTFE material.
8. Select the appropriate model, specification, and protective tube material of the thermal resistor based on the temperature range and measurement object.
