Application Analysis of Air Heater

The air heater is an air heater used to heat air in hot air devices, and is the main equipment in hot air devices. According to user requirements, several radiators can be assembled into a group, with an insulation layer and a fan added externally. It is widely used in chemical, printing and dyeing, finishing, starch air drying and other engineering fields. The air heater has the following superior performance:

1. The air heater can heat air to a very high temperature, up to 850°C, while the shell temperature is only about 50°C.

2. The heating and cooling rates are fast, up to 10°C/s, with quick and stable adjustment. There is no lead or lag in the controlled air temperature that would cause temperature control drift, making it very suitable for automatic control.

3. Good mechanical performance: Because its heating element is made of special alloy material, under the impact of high-pressure air flow, its mechanical performance and strength are better than any other heating element. This is particularly advantageous for systems and accessory tests that require continuous air heating over long periods.

The air heater is also mainly used as an air heater in warm air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying devices, suitable for steam and hot water heating systems. Its medium is steam or high-temperature water, with steam working pressure of 0.3-14 kg/cm² and high-temperature water temperature around 130-170°C.
