Ceramic electric heating ring
1. One type is made by threading alloy wire through small ceramic blocks and wrapping the outside with a stainless steel shell.
2. Ceramic heaters are not made by the ordinary mica winding method, but by threading wire through ceramic strips. Therefore, the power of this product is 0.5~1.5 times higher than ordinary ones. The heating element is made of imported round wire ceramic coiled into a spring shape and threaded into ceramic strips. The outer cover is made of stainless steel, and the middle uses high-temperature insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) to prevent heat leakage. The ceramic strips are high-frequency ceramics with fast heat transfer, hardness, not easy to break, high temperature deformation resistance, and not easy to age.
3. The ceramic heater is composed of spiral resistance wire passing through specially designed high-temperature resistant ceramic tiles, precisely extended to form a bendable structure, with a beautiful metal shell and ceramic fiber insulation layer. It forms an effective high temperature (1000°C high temperature), high power density, strip heater, and is flexible in design and easy to install. 2. Technical features: According to the user's required wiring method, voltage from 36V, 110V, 180V, 220V, 380V, maximum power load per square 6.5W, compared with traditional electric heaters, energy consumption can be reduced by 30%.
Mica electric heating ring
1. Stainless steel mica electric heating ring uses 0.3~0.5mm stainless steel plate as the shell, high insulation and high temperature resistant mica plate as the core, evenly wound with various standard specifications of nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as the heating element, and processed into various required shapes by a forming machine.
2. According to the user's required wiring method, voltage from 110V, 180V, 220V, 380V, maximum power load per square 3.5W. Adding insulation device on the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared on the inner heat dissipation surface can save 35% electricity. Stainless steel mica heaters have ring and plate shapes and other specifications.

Cast aluminum electric heating ring
Cast aluminum heater uses tubular electric heating element as the heating body, bent into shape, enters the mold, and uses the best metal alloy material as the shell to be centrifugally cast into various shapes, including round, flat, right angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and other special shapes.
After precision processing, it can closely fit the heated body. The surface load of cast aluminum heater can reach 2.5-4.5w/cm2, and the maximum working temperature is between 150-450°C;
