The heating of thermal oil in the thermal oil electric heater mainly involves gradually and slowly raising the working temperature of the thermal oil to the process temperature within the allowable temperature range to meet production requirements. The heating must be carried out after the oil boiling and dehydration process is completed. As gas is continuously discharged from the thermal oil system and thermal oil is continuously replenished, the working pressure of the hot oil circulation pump, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the heating furnace, and the flow rate of thermal oil become normal and stable. Under this premise, the working temperature of the thermal oil can be gradually increased.
The initial heating rate should not be too fast and should follow the heating curve (heating rate approximately 20°C/hour).
During the heating process, patrol and inspect whether the operating conditions of all related equipment and process systems are good, and check whether vibration, noise, and lubrication are normal.
During the heating process, thoroughly check all related equipment and pipeline valves for any leakage or dripping.
During the heating process, thoroughly check whether the supports of all related equipment, process systems, and pipelines are stable.
During the heating process, thoroughly check the thermal expansion of all related equipment and pipelines.
During the heating process, check at any time whether process parameters such as temperature, temperature difference, pressure, pressure difference, and flow rate are normal and stable.
The temperature difference should not be too large, and the pressure difference should not be too small.
During the heating process, thoroughly check whether the actions of all electrical instruments and their control alarm devices are correct.
During the heating process of thermal oil, the commissioning and operation records of the heating furnace should be recorded at any time.
