1.1Product Features

1.2Working Principle
For the nitrogen electric heater, the heat is generated by the electric heating elements placed inside the heater. The medium is heated through forced convection. The medium enters the container through the inlet, and during heating, the fluid thermodynamic principle is used to transfer the huge heat generated by the electric heater. The medium, as a heat carrier, is forced to transfer through the pump, achieving continuous heat transfer and meeting the process heating requirements.
When the medium temperature approaches the set value, the electric heater control system performs PID calculation based on the output temperature sensor signal, automatically adjusting the heater output power to make the medium temperature at the outlet meet the requirements. When the heating element overheats, the overheat protection device immediately cuts off the heating power to prevent damage to the heating element and extend its service life.
1.3Main Functions
This heater system adopts intelligent full-automatic control, automatic temperature display, constant temperature protection, and over-temperature alarm. The heating temperature is controlled within ±3°C, ensuring that the device fully meets user requirements. It also has advanced multiple protections and reliable monitoring devices.
a. Conventional electrical protection, such as short circuit protection.
b. Monitors process temperature and provides alarm output.
c. The control algorithm adopts fuzzy control theory, and PID parameter tuning can be completed automatically.
d. There is an over-temperature alarm system independent of temperature control. When the internal temperature of the heater exceeds the set value, it will irreversibly shut down the electric heater and output a contact signal.
e. Several interlock interfaces can be provided to interlock with other equipment (such as fans) to ensure that a certain flow of medium is flowing when the heater is heating, ensuring system safety.
2Usage Instructions
2.1, Preparation
The user should ensure the nitrogen pipeline is unobstructed.
The user needs to connect the power supply of the main circuit and control circuit.
