Thermal oil furnace pressure test process introduction:
1Thermal oil furnace pressure test preparation:
After the entire heating system is installed according to the standard, perform the pressure test. The liquid-phase heat carrier furnace is tested at 1.5 times the working pressure. The test medium should not be water (use special cleaning fluid YDJ prepared with 0.5-0.7% sodium hydroxide added into the furnace for pressure test. After the test passes, rinse clean and then use compressed air to blow dry the moisture inside the boiler and pipes), because the water pressure test is not easy to drain the water completely, forming a safety hazard. The temperature should be above 5°C during the test. Maintain the test pressure for 20 minutes, then reduce to working pressure and check each connection part for leakage. If there is any leakage, repair it in time and redo the pressure test.
2.Thermal oil furnace pressure test acceptance criteria:
The pressure test is considered qualified if it meets the following requirements:
(1). No leakage traces on the metal walls and welds of pressure components.
(2). No visible residual deformation after hydraulic test.
3.Thermal oil furnace safety measures and precautions:
(1). During the pressure test, the test area should be clearly marked with isolation signs, and unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter the test area.
(2). During the pressure test, the operator must not stand directly in front of the flanges.
(3). Personnel not involved in the pressure test must not stop and watch in the test area.
