High-temperature resistance wires are evenly distributed inside a high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and the gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structure is not only advanced and highly efficient in heat transfer but also ensures uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wires, the generated heat diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the metal tube surface and then transfers to the heated object or air, achieving the purpose of heating. The size and shape of the flange can be changed. Simply put, a flange heating tube is composed of multiple heating tubes welded onto a flange, concentrated together for heating.
The flanges of flange heating tubes are generally divided into threaded flanges and flat flanges. Threaded flanges are commonly available in sizes of 1 inch, 1.2 inches, 1.5 inches, and 2 inches. Threaded flange tubes are generally suitable for low-power heating, with power typically ranging from a few kilowatts to over ten kilowatts. Flat flanges are available in sizes from DN10 to DN1200, and different powers are designed according to customer requirements. Generally, high-power flange heating tubes use flat flanges, with power ranging from a few kilowatts to several hundred kilowatts.
