Function and Use
The 3D integrated cast aluminum heater, professionally known as: 3D MAX Integrated Rapid Heating System, is the core heating system ofinstant electric water heaters. It consists of independent water flow channels three-dimensionally surrounding the heating elements, integrating surrounding water paths, core planar heating, constant temperature control heat dissipation device, dry-burning protection device, and anti-scale design system, effectively solving safety performance issues such as water leakage, electric leakage, scale, dry burning, and fluctuating outlet water temperature in instant heating systems, thereby improving efficiency and speed. Because its processing technology is cast aluminum technology with integral aluminum alloy casting, it is commonly called a "cast aluminum" heater. It is an integrated heating system developed by technicians of Zhongshan Hangong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. through years of effort combining the advantages of various water heaters and instant heating technology, enhancing and perfecting the heating technology of instant electric water heaters. Special Note
There are products imitating this heating system on the market, but to reduce costs, imitators not only use inferior materials but also shorten water channels and dual-head heating tubes. Although they look similar, their performance and quality are greatly compromised. The "3D MAX Integrated Rapid Heating System" is abbreviated as "cast aluminum heater" due to its structure being integrally cast from aluminum alloy. The filling thermal conductive medium of the integral molding can be any metal material with high thermal conductivity, not limited to aluminum alloy. Special note is given to prevent future imitations from being called "cast zinc heater" or "cast copper heater" to mislead consumers.
