Cast Aluminum Electric Heater

Edit

Cast aluminum electric heater is a type of electric heater.

Electric heater varieties include: cast aluminum heater, cast iron heater, quartz tube heater, stainless steel electric heating tube, 10# steel heating tube, heating tube with wound radiating fins, heating tube, VC443, VC442, VC441, VC432 induction heater, hot plate assembly, vacuum diffusion pump electric heating plate, dust-free heater, thermocouple, high-temperature wire, ceramic heating tile, resistance wire and various specifications.

This series of heater products: resistance wires are all made of imported nickel-chromium wire and high-quality insulation materials. It has the characteristics of reasonable design, fine processing, precision, high thermal efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability.

Usage and maintenance:

1. First, check whether the power supply voltage at the site matches the rated voltage of this product. If not, equip a power supply voltage that matches the rated voltage of this product.

2. To ensure safety, remember to reliably ground the outer shell of the electrical equipment.

3. If the electric heater product has been stored for more than three months before use, it should be intermittently powered on for self-drying under allowable conditions: heat for ten minutes, power off for half an hour, repeat three to four times to expel moisture inside the heating element.

4. During storage, the electric heater should be protected from moisture and corrosion, and stored in a well-ventilated place.

Instructions:

1) The working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value;

2) The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the outer shell should be effectively grounded;

3) It should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by baking in an oven at about 200°C for 5-6 hours.
