HRY2-220V/2KW Sheathed Electric Heater
Introduction:
HRY2-220V/2KW Sheathed Electric Heater consists of a heating core and a protective sheath. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective sheath is made of carbon steel or stainless steel pipe. It has large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal connection part is divided into ordinary type with iron drawn cup-shaped cover and special type with bolted flameproof device cover sealing.

Instructions:
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. The dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size for the tubular electric heater is φ65mm.
4. This model of tubular electric heater is designed according to JB2379-78 standard for flowing oil, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5. When selecting, determine the heater size based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
Note: The tubular electric heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 types.
