HRY5 sheath-type electric heater is an improvement over the SRY2 ordinary tubular electric heater, with upgraded wiring device and heating structure. It uses three heating tubes as a group, effectively reducing the surface load of the heater, and can directly replace SRY2-SRY4 heaters.
Instructions:
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
2. Dimension "B" in the diagram must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning; the heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole diameter for the tubular electric heater is φ65mm.
4. This model of tubular electric heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5. When selecting, determine the heater size based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
Note: The tubular electric heater can be directly used interchangeably with SRY2 and SRY4 types.
