Wrapped Heating Tube for Pipeline

Armored or MI heating cable (mineral insulated heating cable) is a solid body composed of a metal protective tube, armored heating cable mineral insulation (such as magnesium oxide or aluminum oxide), and electric heating elements, compacted through special processes. It features high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, energy saving, impermeability, explosion-proof, safety and reliability, easy installation, high mechanical strength, and long service life. It is widely used in electric power, construction, chemical industry, aerospace, and other industrial and scientific research units, and has been verified internationally for more than 40 years.

Armored heating cable is produced by stretching a continuous seamless metal sheath, one or more heating wires, and compacted magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide insulation layers through a special process. The whole is flexible and can be bent arbitrarily.

The armored heating element consists of a middle heating section, two cold ends, connectors, and terminals, making it easy to connect to the power supply. In addition, heaters of different shapes and powers can be processed according to needs.
