Duct type Air Heater (Electric Air Heater) /Pipe Air Heater
It heats the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to 850°C. It has been widely used in aerospace, meltblown nonwovens, film, chemical industry, and many scientific research and production laboratories in universities and colleges. The air heater must resist oxidation from high-temperature air, so the material is stainless steel. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube. Multiple baffles are installed in the heater cavity to extend the residence time of air in the heater cavity, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. Appropriately increasing the number of heating tubes and raising the installed power of the air heater can shorten the startup heating time of the production line.

Working Principle
● A digital temperature controller, solid-state relay, and temperature sensor form a measurement, regulation, and control loop. During the electric heating process, the temperature sensor sends the electrical signal of the water outlet temperature of the duct electric heater to the digital temperature controller for amplification. After comparison, the measured temperature value is displayed, and a signal is output to the solid-state relay input terminal, thereby controlling the heater, giving the control cabinet good control accuracy and regulation characteristics.
● An interlock device allows remote start and stop of the duct electric heater.
