1. The explosion-proof principle of positive pressure type is to adopt the explosion-proof measure of isolating the ignition source by medium to achieve the purpose of electrical explosion-proof.

2. This product can be installed with various common detection instruments, analytical instruments, display instruments, monitors, microcomputer touch screens, high-power inverters and ordinary electrical components according to user requirements, and there is basically no restriction on the internal electrical components of the user.

3. The product is mainly composed of cabinet, automatic control system, air distribution system, alarm system, and power distribution system; the cabinet consists of a positive pressure chamber and a secondary chamber. The positive pressure chamber houses the user's power distribution system components, and the secondary chamber houses the automatic control system.

2. The cabinet type product adopts GGD cabinet frame, with main and secondary panels in left-right structure, cable trench seat type installation, bottom inlet, front door operation, and rear door maintenance.

3. According to the air intake mode, it is divided into ventilation type and compensation type. The ventilation type provides continuous air supply, and the working heat of the components in the positive pressure chamber can be carried away with the air path, which has good heat dissipation function and is suitable for solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power explosion-proof inverters; the compensation type provides intermittent air supply, and the positive pressure chamber must have good sealing to ensure low gas consumption.

6. The user must provide a gas source, which requires: purified air or nitrogen, with a gas source pressure of 0.2～0.8Mpa; usually, the instrument air at the user's site can meet the requirements.

7. The steel plate material is generally GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plate, and GB3280-84 stainless steel material can also be selected according to user requirements.

When the pressure inside the cabinet is greater than 500PA, the mechanical automatic pressure relief valve automatically relieves pressure, and the heat inside the box is discharged with the gas, providing good ventilation and heat dissipation. When the pressure drops below 100PA, the audible and visual alarm alarms; when it drops below 50PA, the power is automatically cut off.
