The heating speed of heavy oil heaters is related to their structure and method

Many people's understanding ofheavy oil heatershas not yet reached the level of complete familiarity, so there are some concerns in practical applications, including energy saving of heavy oil heaters. Key points for using heavy oil heaters: Cleaning tips for heavy oil heaters will be answered one by one.

If we want to achieve the purpose of saving electricity, we recommend an instant heavy oil heater. Because it does not need to waste heat in advance, it does not generate heat loss, thus truly saving energy, electricity, and water.

Relevant data prove that compared with traditional heavy oil heaters, instantaneous heavy oil heaters save 30%-50% electricity. Therefore, in areas lacking water and electricity, instantaneous heavy oil heaters are a product worth promoting.

Currently, there are many similar energy-saving heavy oil heaters on the market. They not only have outstanding energy-saving effects but also have more functions than traditional equipment. To reduce safety hazards, the operation of the power supply is key during use.

If you need to use theheavy oil heaterdaily, do not cut off its power supply. If it is used for 3 to 5 days or longer, the power supply of the heavy oil heater should be cut off at ordinary times to ensure safety.

In addition to the power switch, you also need to master the cleaning skills of the heavy oil heater, especially its inner tank. Whenever the season changes, the inner tank needs to be cleaned.

When cleaning, first cut off the electric heating power supply and close the water inlet valve; then open the water outlet valve, rotate the plastic drainage plate on the safety valve 90 degrees counterclockwise and in the reverse direction, and wait for the water and sediment inside the heavy oil heater to drain naturally. Then pour tap water for cleaning. After cleaning, rotate the drainage ear back to its original position.

It should be remembered that unless the heavy oil heater is filled with water, it cannot be powered on, otherwise, there is a risk of dry burning.

What controls the heating speed of theheavy oil heater?

This depends on the structure of the heater. The frequency converter can only change the frequency of AC power, thereby changing the rotation speed of the motor to achieve the purpose of changing the output power of the motor. Since the heater does not rotate, frequency conversion cannot control the heating speed.

  There are two simple methods:

  1. Use diode half-wave rectification to change the effective value of AC power, thereby achieving the purpose of changing the heating power and heating speed; this method is widely used, and its advantage is that the circuit structure is simple and easy to operate.

  2. Transform voltage, use a small transformer to change voltage. The advantage is that multiple gears can be adjusted, but the disadvantage is that the circuit structure is more complex and the production cost is high.
