Product Application
The electric heating tube uses high-quality domestic thick-walled seamless stainless steel tubes, imported high-temperature magnesium oxide powder from the United States, and sealing materials, making the heating tube withstand up to 900°C, and the heating tube will not be damaged when dry-burned under temporary dehydration; and adopts atmosphere protection blackening mesh belt furnace with 1060°C high-temperature nitriding treatment process, improving the high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the heating tube, ensuring service life.
Introduction:
Uses U-shaped tubular electric heating elements, designed according to different heating medium specifications, assembled on the flange cover according to power configuration requirements, inserted into the material to be heated. The large amount of heat generated by the heating element during operation is conducted to the heated medium, raising the medium temperature to meet the required process requirements.
Tubular electric heating element (electric heating tube) uses a metal tube as the shell (including stainless steel, copper tube), with spiral electric heating alloy wire (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy) uniformly distributed along the axial center inside the tube, the gaps are filled and compacted with magnesium oxide sand having good insulation and thermal conductivity, and the tube ends are sealed with silicone gel. This metal-sheathed electric heating element can heat air, metal molds, and various liquids.
