Solution:

3. Choose a pump with a higher flow rate as much as possible. A faster flow rate can reduce the possibility of local overheating of the heat transfer oil;
4. When the heat transfer oil ceramic heater stops working, the temperature should be lowered to room temperature first to avoid stopping at high temperature. Because at the moment of stopping during high-temperature operation, the surface of the heating tube is still at a high temperature. At this time, the heat transfer oil around the heating tube stops flowing, causing local overheating of the heat transfer oil on the surface of the heating tube and forming carbon deposits.
