GYY2-220V-1KW Type Tubular Electric Heater / GYY2-220V-1KW Type Tubular Electric Heater

Product Structure:

It is made by placing electric heating wire inside an outer tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, then shrinking the tube. After heat treatment (some tubes do not require it), it is processed into various shapes as needed by the user. It has simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acid-base salts, and is also suitable for melting low melting point metals.

Heater application range: Suitable for heating air, oil, water, chemical media, hot pressing molds, melting salts, alkalis, and low melting point alloys. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, long service life, high mechanical strength, easy installation, safety and reliability.

Product Materials:

Common outer tube materials include In800, In840, 304, 316L, 310S, aluminum, copper, low carbon steel, etc.

Magnesium oxide powder is selected according to different usage requirements, with different specifications such as high temperature powder, medium temperature powder, etc.

The resistance wire is the heating element, and there are generally two materials: Ni-Cr wire and Fe-Cr-Al.

Lead terminal materials generally have two types: stainless steel and free-cutting iron.

Sealing materials include: epoxy, silicone, glass, etc.

Product Introduction:

Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times its rated value, the shell should be effectively grounded.

Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive or corrosive gases.

In the outline drawing, “B" must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning; the heated oil should be non-corrosive. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced, and then raised to the rated voltage after melting.

To prevent heat concentration and reduce component service life. The outlet end must be kept dry and clean to avoid surface flashover or short circuit. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the component for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.
