Detailed Introduction
I. Application Fields:
The electric air heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to 850°C. It has been widely used in many scientific research laboratories such as aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry, and higher education institutions. It is particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. The electric air heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-polluting, safe, and reliable, with rapid heating of the heated space (controllable).
II. Technical Features
1. Can heat air to very high temperatures, up to 850°C, with the shell temperature only around 50°C.
2. High efficiency: up to 0.9 or above.
3. Fast heating and cooling rates, up to 10°C/s, with quick and stable adjustment. There is no lead or lag in the controlled air temperature, preventing temperature control drift, making it very suitable for automatic control. 4. Good mechanical performance: because the heating element is made of special alloy material, it has better mechanical performance and strength under high-pressure air flow than any other heating element, which is particularly advantageous for systems and accessory tests that require continuous air heating over long periods.
5. Durable and long-lasting, with a service life of several decades when used in accordance with operating procedures.
6. Clean air and compact size.
7. Multiple types of electric air heaters can be designed according to user needs.
III. Specifications and Models
Single unit power ranges from 2KW to 10000KW.
