Ceramicmanufactured heater is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution. The metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity ensures uniform surface temperature, eliminating hot and cold spots on the equipment. It has advantages such as long life, good thermal insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and anti-magnetic field. By adding an insulation device on the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared on the inner heat dissipation surface, electricity consumption can be saved by35%.
Precautions;
Explosion-proof Ceramic Heating Ringworking voltage must not exceed10%of the rated value; relative air humidity not greater than95%, no explosive or corrosive gases.
The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; the lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time, and avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
The metal cast heater should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven at about200degrees Celsius for5-6hours to restore normal. Or reduce the voltage and energize to heat until the insulation resistance is restored.
The metal cast heater should be properly fixed and positioned. The effective heating area must be in close contact with the heated object, and dry burning is strictly prohibited. If dust or contaminants are found on the surface, clean them promptly before reuse to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening service life.
