Application:
The heater is used for heating hydraulic and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, and can also be used for heating non-corrosive gases or liquids.
Function
It is made by inserting electric heating wires into an outer tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, then shrinking the tube, and after heat treatment (some tubes do not require it), processing it into various shapes required by the user. It has a simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acid-base salts, and is also suitable for melting low melting point metals.
