What is the difference between sheathed thermocouple and ordinary thermocouple

Ordinary thermocouple: Ordinary thermocouple is generally composed of thermoelectrode, insulating tube, protective tube and junction box, whilesheathed thermocouple is a solid combination formed by assembling thermocouple wire, insulating material and metal protective tube together and then drawing.thermocouple wire, insulating material and metal protective tube are combined, assembled and then drawn into a solid combination.

Sheathed thermocouple: Insheathed thermocouple, the term "sheathed" means that the insulating material and metal protective tube are wrapped around thethermocouple wire like armor. The function of the sheath is to protect thethermocouple wire by adding a protective layer outside the thermocouple, such as stainless steel tube, mesh, etc., to prevent corrosion from acidic, alkaline and other environments.
