1. The water heating tube must be completely immersed in liquid during use. This element must not be used to heat gases or solids.
2. The heated liquid should not contain substances corrosive to the element. During use, scale or carbon deposits on the tube surface should be regularly removed, otherwise the efficiency and lifespan of the element will be affected.
3. The operating voltage of the heating element must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, the ambient humidity should not be greater than 95%, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
4. The heating element of the water heating tube should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance to ground is less than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours.
5. When tightening the threaded main line of the water heating tube, do not apply excessive force to the connection terminals.
