I. Application:
SRY7 straight rod tubular electric heating element is suitable for heating oil in enclosed oil tanks.
II. Features:
Based on the SRY2 ordinary tubular electric heater, it improves the wiring device and heating structure, using three heating tubes as a group, effectively reducing the surface load of the heater, and can directly replace SRY2-SRY4 heaters.
SRY7 straight rod tubular electric heating element is formed by welding bent tubular elements onto a flange. Since the heater is directly placed in oil for heating, it has high thermal efficiency and long service life.

IV. Instructions:
1) The working voltage shall not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2) Dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning; the heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3) The mounting hole size for this electric heater is φ65mm.
4) This model heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5) When selecting, the heater size should be determined according to the actual size of the heating medium.
