Cast copper heater uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, which are bent into shape, placed into a mold, and centrifugally cast with high-quality metal alloy material as the shell into various shapes, including round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, and other special shapes. After precision machining, it can closely fit the heated object. The surface load of cast aluminum heater can reach 2.5-4.5 W/cm², with a maximum working temperature between 400-500°C; the surface load of cast copper heater can reach 3.5-5.0 W/cm², with a maximum working temperature between 600-700°C; the surface load of cast copper heater can reach 4.5-6.0 W/cm², with a maximum working temperature between 800-850°C. Metal cast heater is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution. The metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity ensures uniform surface temperature, eliminating hot and cold spots on the equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and anti-magnetic field. Adding insulation device on the external heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared on the internal heat dissipation surface can save 35% electricity.

Main Applications
Widely used in plastic machinery, molds, cable machinery, alloy die-casting machines, pipelines, chemical industry, rubber, petroleum and other equipment.
Usage Method
1. First, check whether the power supply voltage at the site matches the rated voltage of the product. If not, equip a power supply voltage that is the same as the rated voltage of the product.
2. To ensure safety, remember to reliably ground the shell of the electrical equipment.
3. If the electric heater product has been stored for more than three months before use, it should be intermittently powered on for self-drying under allowable conditions, heating for ten minutes and powering off for half an hour, repeated three to four times to expel moisture inside the heating element.
4. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the heating tube should avoid contamination and moisture ingress at the usage site to prevent leakage accidents.
5. The metal cast heater should be properly positioned and fixed. The effective heating area must be in close contact with the heated body. Dry burning is strictly prohibited. If dust or contaminants are found on the surface, clean them promptly before use to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening service life.
