The stainless steel mica heating ring uses a 0.3~0.5mm stainless steel plate as the shell, a highly insulating and high-temperature resistant mica plate as the core, and is evenly wound with various standard specifications of nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as the heating element, processed into various required shapes by a forming machine.

The stainless steel electric heating plate utilizes the good insulation and high-temperature resistance of the stainless steel plate, supplemented by a galvanized plate, and can be made into various shapes such as plate, sheet, cylindrical, conical, tubular, and circular heating devices. The designable power is up to 1800W, and it can withstand temperatures up to 600℃.
