The heater is one of the essential pieces of equipment for electroplating production. Titanium can resist corrosion from most electroplating solutions, making it an ideal material for electroplating heaters! The electric heaters produced by our factory (including stainless steel electric heaters, with the same specifications and dimensions as titanium electric heaters) are manufactured using processing techniques similar to those of American counterparts. They have a long service life and are repairable. They come in various forms such as straight, L-shaped, and row-shaped. Among them, the row-shaped and L-shaped types are suitable for large plating tanks with high power heating, avoiding the situation where multiple small electric heaters fill the tank with wiring terminals. Main performance indicators: The L-shaped electric heater is a new series of electric heaters developed and manufactured by our factory using processing techniques similar to those of American counterparts.
This series of electric heaters has the following advantages:
1. High heating power, high thermal efficiency, not limited by tank depth;
2. Easy to use power lines for heating and achieve three-phase power balance;
3. Convenient installation, fewer leads;
4. Compared with special-shaped thin-tube electric heaters, the heating wire can be replaced. (Our factory can provide repair services.)
Usage Instructions:
1. Place the heater flat on the bottom of the tank, add enough water or solution;
2. Connect the wires according to the diagram, and add a switch and fuse (the casing must be properly grounded to prevent electric shock).

1. Material: Industrial pure titanium or stainless steel, user's choice.
2. Tube diameter: Two types: Φ32 and Φ50
3. Length and height: Height is user-defined, but the greater the power, the larger the starting length should be.
4. Power: Single unit 1—6KW, three units 3—60KW
5. Voltage: Φ32-220V and Φ50-380V.
6. Whether to include overheat protection is user-defined (only automatic temperature controllers with overheat protection function are effective).
7. Wiring colors: Live wire——Red, Neutral wire——Green, Ground wire——Black, Temperature control——White.
