Also known as pipeline air heater, air duct heater, duct type electric heater, pipeline electric heater. According to shape, it can be divided into horizontal pipeline heater and vertical pipeline heater; it is mainly used to heat the airflow from the initial temperature to the set temperature, up to 850°C. Widely used in aerospace, meltblown nonwovens, film, chemical industry.
To resist the oxidation of high-temperature air, the material must be high-quality stainless steel; the heating element uses 304 stainless steel electric heating tube. The heater cavity is equipped with multiple baffles to prolong the residence time of air in the heater cavity, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. Appropriately increasing the number of heating tubes and increasing the installed power of the air heater can shorten the heating time for production line startup. The air electric heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly (controllable).
