Heating Cable Model Applications Heating cable models are widely used in chemical pipelines (such as benzene, styrene, propylene glycol, benzaldehyde), crude oil pipelines, wax, asphalt, heavy oil, residue oil, coking, distillation pipelines, reactor preheating, LNG pipelines and storage tanks, CNG pipelines and storage tanks, plateau railway tunnel drainage anti-icing, power plant steam turbine pressure guide pipes, sulfuric acid pickling heating pipes, acidic gas environment pipelines, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and various other industries.
Heating Cable Model Standards Heating cable models with a maximum temperature below 250°C comply with IEC800 (92) standard, "Heating cables for household facilities heating and anti-icing with rated voltage 300/500V"; heating cable models exceeding 252°C comply with enterprise standards.
Stainless steel sheathed series heating cables can meet the needs of high-temperature conditions and high heating power (up to 300W/m). The maximum withstand temperature of heating cable models can reach 800°C, with conductor resistance ranging from 28000 to 19.2 Ω/km. Heating cable models have excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
● Copper Sheathed Heating Cable Model
Copper sheathed series heating cables can meet the needs of high-temperature conditions and long-distance pipeline heat tracing. The maximum withstand temperature of copper sheathed heating cable models can reach 250°C, with conductor resistance ranging from 480 to 0.5 Ω/km. For applications requiring corrosion protection or burial, heating cable models have excellent mechanical strength.
● 825 Alloy Sheathed Heating Cable Model
Copper-nickel alloy sheathed heating cable models can meet the needs of high-temperature conditions and long-distance pipeline heat tracing. The maximum withstand temperature of copper-nickel alloy sheathed heating cable models can reach 400°C, with conductor resistance ranging from 28000 to 19.4 Ω/km. Heating cable models have excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
