Use and Maintenance
Before installation, check whether the basic data listed on the nameplate of the sign light conforms to the actual usage conditions.
The circuit breaker should be reliably grounded.
When connecting cables, insert them through the compression nut, gasket, and sealing ring in sequence, then tighten the compression nut to compress the sealing ring until the cable cannot be pulled. Connect the wires to the corresponding terminals according to the wiring marks. For unused cable entry holes, plug them with gaskets and sealing rings, and tighten the compression nut.
During maintenance, disconnect the power supply before opening the cover. When replacing components, ensure that the components comply with the specifications in their own instruction manuals.
During maintenance and repair, disconnect the power supply before opening the cover and protect the flameproof surface.
The sealing ring in the entry device is made of 3001 oil-resistant rubber. If it shows signs of aging, order a replacement from our company and replace it promptly to ensure sealing performance.
Selection
1. The explosion-proof distribution box IIC is a low-voltage distribution device assembled by assembling switchgear, measuring instruments, protective appliances, and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-closed metal cabinet or panel according to electrical wiring requirements. Under normal operation, circuits can be switched on or off manually or automatically. In case of faults or abnormal operation, protective appliances cut off the circuit or sound an alarm. Measuring instruments can display various parameters during operation, adjust certain electrical parameters, and prompt or signal deviations from normal working conditions. It is commonly used in power generation, distribution, and substations.
2. Application of explosion-proof distribution box IIC: Reasonably distribute electrical energy and facilitate the opening and closing operations of circuits. It has a high level of safety protection and can visually display the conduction status of circuits. It is easy to manage and facilitates maintenance when circuit faults occur.
3. With the rapid development of industries such as petroleum, chemical, and mining, the use of distribution boxes is becoming more widespread, and the variety is increasing. Customization according to customer requirements is available, such as adding surge protectors, ammeters, voltmeters, etc. Externally, a lockable metal handle can be equipped.
