Nowadays, our stainless steel electric heating tubes are widely used in electric heating equipment, both in terms of quantity and application environment. The arrangement and installation of stainless steel electric heating tubes in electric heating equipment have a significant impact on the temperature uniformity of the equipment and the service life of the heating tubes. First, when installing stainless steel electric heating tubes, we must ensure uniform temperature distribution in the furnace. For medium-temperature furnaces, the supports for heating tubes should be made of high-alumina products. For high-temperature furnaces above 1000°C, purer alumina products should be used. For low-temperature furnaces, ordinary clay products can be used.



There are generally three installation methods for stainless steel electric heating tubes: the corrugated type for wire heating tubes, the corrugated type for spiral heating tubes, and the corrugated type for strip heating tubes. We should minimize the radiation shielding between the stainless steel electric heating tubes and between the tubes and the furnace wall support bricks. The installation position of the stainless steel electric heating tubes should allow heat to be easily transferred to the workpiece without causing local overheating.
