Stainless Steel Heating Ring is a heater with uniform heat distribution, made of thermally conductive metal alloy, ensuring uniform surface temperature and eliminating hot and cold spots on the equipment. The stainless steel heating ring uses high-quality nickel-chromium alloy heating wire as the heating element, wound with natural mica as the insulation layer, and the outer layer uses high-quality stainless steel as the heat conduction layer. The stainless steel heating ring can be machined into rings, plates, and various special-shaped products according to customer requirements.
Stainless Steel Heating Ring is an electric heating element that winds nickel-chromium alloy heating wire around a high-temperature resistant mica plate. Utilizing the good insulation and high-temperature resistance of the mica plate, with the mica plate as the skeleton and insulation layer, and stainless steel plate as the surface material of the heating plate, it can be made into plate, sheet, cylindrical, ring, tubular, circular, and other shapes of heating devices.
Stainless Steel Heating Ring usage method: Fix the heating ring in the required place, then tighten it with bolts. Follow the operation method (as indicated in the drawing) and add a switch fuse. Test if it works; if it does, it can be used normally. If not, consult relevant personnel.
Stainless Steel Heating Ring is mainly used for heating devices on plastic injection molding machine barrels, injection molding machines, extruders, and other plastic molding machinery. It features reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, stable performance, rapid heating, uniform heat dissipation, good insulation performance, and high voltage resistance.
Stainless Steel Heating Ring precautions: Do not touch water or objects that may cause electric shock during installation (to prevent leakage and injury). When installing, ensure the heating ring is tightly attached to the object to be heated, and the surface of the heated object should be flat and complete. If the heating ring turns black during operation, stop the machine immediately. Adjust the heating object to balance it. Do not strike the heating object with anything during heating. Do not expose the heating ring to avoid affecting its service life. When installing, check whether the position, power, and voltage are suitable.
Stainless Steel Heating Ring surface normal load is 2.5-6W/cm². Customers should use a temperature limiting control device (i.e., thermocouple device) to control the working temperature according to the required power range, to maintain normal power and protect the service life of the stainless steel electric heating ring. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic resistance. Adding insulation devices to the external heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared rays on the internal heat dissipation surface can save 35% electricity.
