Performance and Uses of Ceramic Heating Rings


 1. One is to wind the alloy wire around small ceramic blocks, with the outer packaging made of stainless steel shell. Ceramic heating rings are widely used in plastic machinery and chemical fiber machinery.

Ceramic heater is a heater with uniform heat distribution and good thermal conductivity of metal alloy, ensuring uniform hot surface temperature and eliminating hot and cold spots on the equipment.   3. Ceramic heater is not made by the ordinary mica winding method, but by the ceramic strip threading method. Therefore, the power of the product is 0.5 to 1.5 times that of ordinary mica. The heating element is made of imported round wire ceramic, twisted into a spring shape and inserted into the ceramic strip. The shell is made of stainless steel, and the center is made of high-temperature insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) to avoid temperature leakage. The ceramic strip is a high-frequency ceramic with the characteristics of fast heat transfer, firmness, not easy to break, high temperature resistance, no deformation, and no aging.

It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (up to 1200°C), corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, and wear resistance.
