Use of Sheathed Tubular Electric Heater for Wind Power: Used for heating hydraulic and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, also can be used to heat non-corrosive gas or liquid

III. Structure of Immersion Submersible Waterproof Electric Heating Tube with Wire 380V 6KW

1. This electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective tube. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source. The protective tube is made of thin stainless steel, which has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal part is divided into ordinary type (using iron-made stretched cup-shaped shell) and special type (using bolted explosion-proof device shell sealing). The special type meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dIICT4 and protection level IP65 series standards

2. The electric heater is connected to the oil tank container body by flange, isolating the heating core from the heated oil. When repairing the electric heater, it is not necessary to drain the oil in the tank. For SRY6-4|SRY6-5|SRY6-6 sheathed electric heater, only need to pull out the heating core and replace it with a new one, convenient maintenance. 

3. During design, the contact area between the protective tube and the heated oil should be considered to prevent local carbonization of the oil due to excessive heating temperature. This model of heater is only suitable for heating heat transfer oil or oil with good heat transfer effect and medium internal heating.

8. Significant energy-saving effect, almost all the heat generated by electric energy is transferred to the heating medium.
