“L” type - anti-corrosion product:
1) The Teflon electric heater uses high-quality stainless steel (sus316 or sus304) electric heating tube inner core, covered with Teflon tube (PTFE) for strong corrosion resistance, suitable for heating various strong corrosive liquids.
2) The heater adopts low surface power design (1.5w/cm²) to ensure product service life.
3) The installation position of the electric heater should prevent solid deposition on the heater surface, or if the liquid is too thick or the liquid level is too low, it may cause poor surface heat dissipation and burn the Teflon (PTFE).
4) The size of the electric heater should not be arbitrarily reduced, nor the surface area reduced, otherwise the surface power of the electric heater will be too high, affecting its service life.
5) All electric heaters can be equipped with over-temperature protection or PT-100 temperature sensor probe to ensure product service life and equipment safety.
6) The joint adopts fully sealed anti-acid and alkali design, and the non-heating section and overheat safety protection system are customized according to customer requirements.
