The space around the heating wire is filled and compacted with high-purity magnesium oxide, which has good insulation performance and high thermal conductivity. This product features high power, high thermal efficiency, and fast heat dissipation. It is commonly used in plastic packaging, small mold heating, analytical instruments, tobacco industry, shoemaking, semiconductor eutectic welding, heating of input channels for die-casting parts, runnerless injection, and refrigeration effects during gas expansion. Voltage can be designed from 12-440V, power from 50W to 20KW, and materials include T4 copper, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, Ti titanium, etc.
Product Usage Instructions:
1. Air humidity not exceeding 95%, voltage not exceeding 1.1 times the rated voltage, and the outer shell should be effectively grounded.
2. If the insulation resistance is greater than 2 megohms before use, carbon deposits or scale on the surface during long-term use in liquids should be promptly removed.

1. Must specify the element diameter, lead rod (or lead wire) specification, material, and length, heating zone length, working voltage, rated power, working temperature, and medium.
