Product Features:



1. Outlet medium can reach 850℃, shell temperature only about 50℃ (insulation required).



2. High efficiency: up to 0.95 or above, pressure drop less than 2KPa.



3. Fast heating and cooling rates, up to 10℃/S, stable and quick adjustment. No lead or lag in controlled air temperature causing drift, ideal for automatic control.



4. Good mechanical performance: Heating element sheath uses stainless steel seamless tube, so under high-pressure air flow, it has better mechanical performance and strength than any exposed resistance wire.



5. Good oxidation resistance: Heating element consists of stainless steel seamless tube, high-temperature magnesium oxide powder, and high-temperature alloy resistance wire Cr20Ni80. The resistance wire does not directly contact air, preventing oxidation.



6. Durable even under improper use, designed service life up to ten years.
