Crawler heaters have the advantages of flexible installation, high temperature resistance, fast heat transfer, excellent insulation, and no restrictions on model, specification, or size. The crawler heater uses a stainless steel skin to make the outer shell, pierces resistance wires into ceramics with high insulation and fire resistance, then twists them into a mold using a machine. It can be used by simply turning on the power. Its thermal efficiency is more than 1.5 times that of PTC heaters, reducing electricity and power costs by 30%, and is twice that of traditional heaters. It can emit far-infrared radiation and radiant heat, with a radiation rate of up to 91%. It does not crack even when exposed to water, and is suitable for use in relatively harsh environments with acid and alkali resistance.



 



The ambient temperature for crawler heaters is improved within the range of 5 to 40 degrees. There is no conductive dust around, and there are no severely destructive explosive gases, corrosive gases that damage metals and insulation. All electrical equipment can work normally under physical and chemical effects, without being damaged by environmental heat, molten materials and salt splashes, moisture, oil, impact, or friction, and necessary structural measures should be taken as needed.
