Electric heater internal temperature resistance installation position, the resistance is installed near a group of heating elements close to the outlet of the electric heater, and the measured temperature is the highest temperature near it (surface temperature of the heating element).
The internal over-temperature alarm is set to prevent electrical faults such as over-temperature caused by excessive voltage on a certain heating element. If the electric heater operates normally, this temperature should be close to or slightly higher than the outlet temperature of the electric heater (a few degrees to tens of degrees, which can be compared with the operation of other electric heaters). Assuming the outlet temperature is controlled at 120℃, and the internal over-temperature alarm is set to 300℃, if over-temperature alarm still occurs, and after the heater stops heating, the temperature gradually decreases, it indicates that the temperature measurement is correct. However, whether there is a problem with the resistance ,the electric heating tube cannot be opened for inspection during operation, so it cannot be confirmed.
