There are two types of electric heaters for heating air-duct electric heater and air duct electric heater. How can customers choose the electric heater that suits them?
1. Overview of Duct Electric Heater (also known asAir Electric Heater):The duct electric heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up to850°C. It has been widely used in many scientific research and production laboratories such as aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry, and higher education institutions. It is particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. The air electric heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-corrosive, pollution-free, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly (controllable).

2. Air Duct Electric Heater Overview:
The air duct heater is mainly used for heating air in air ducts. It is available in three types: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. A common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration. The junction box is equipped with an over-temperature control device. In addition to over-temperature protection, an interlocking device must be installed between the fan and the heater to ensure that the electric heater starts only after the fan starts. A differential pressure device should be added before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the duct heater generally should not exceed0.3Kg/cm2. If the pressure exceeds this specification, please choose a circulating electric heater. The maximum heating temperature for low-temperature heaters does not exceed160°C; for medium-temperature, it does not exceed260°C; for high-temperature, it does not exceed500°C.
