3D Integrated Cast Aluminum Electric Heater

Edit

Functions and Uses

The 3D integrated cast aluminum heater, professionally known as :3D MAX Integrated Ultra-Fast Heating System, is theinstant electric water heater's core heating system. It features independent water flow channels three-dimensionally surrounding the heating elements, integrating surrounding water paths, core planar heating, constant temperature control heat dissipation device, dry-burn protection device, and anti-scale design system, effectively solving safety issues such as water leakage, electric leakage, scale, dry burning, and fluctuating outlet water temperature in instant heating systems, thereby improving efficiency and speed. Due to its manufacturing process of integral casting with aluminum alloy, it is commonly known as the "cast aluminum" heater. It consists of independent water flow channels three-dimensionally surrounding the heating elements, integrating surrounding water paths, core planar heating, constant temperature control heat dissipation device, dry-burn protection device, and anti-scale design system, effectively solving safety issues such as water leakage, electric leakage, scale, dry burning, and fluctuating outlet water temperature in instant heating systems, thereby improving efficiency and speed. It is an integrated heating system developed by technicians of Zhongshan Hangong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. through years of effort, combining the advantages of various water heaters and instant heating technologies, thereby enhancing and perfecting the heating technology of instant electric water heaters. It has gradually gained widespread attention and application, and has obtained a national utility model patent certificate.

Special Note

There are products imitating this heating system on the market, but the imitators, in order to reduce costs, not only use inferior materials but also shorten the water channels and use double-ended heating tubes. Although the appearance is similar, the performance and quality are greatly compromised. The "3D MAX Integrated Ultra-Fast Heating System" is abbreviated as "cast aluminum heater" due to its structure of integrated aluminum alloy casting. The filling thermal conductive medium can be any metal material with high thermal conductivity, not limited to aluminum alloy. Special note is given to prevent future imitations from being called "cast zinc heater" or "cast copper heater" to mislead consumers.
