The SRY8 (HRY8, HRY9) fin-type tubular heater consists of a "metal tubular electric heating element" and a finned protective sleeve. The finned protective sleeve is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and asbestos rubber sealing gasket resistant to ≤300°C. The electric heater is connected and fixed to the oil tank body by flanges; sealed by gaskets; the finned protective sleeve isolates the metal tubular electric heating element from the heated medium. When replacing the metal tubular electric heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the metal tubular electric heating element needs to be extracted for replacement. It is convenient, reliable, and easy to use, maintain, and repair. In this finned tubular protective sleeve electric heater, the fins and the protective sleeve are assembled components. Changing the number of fins can alter the surface load of the electric heater. Proper use can prevent oil carbonization and burning, ensuring safety, reliability, and extending the life of the medium.
