Product Features
It consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses high-temperature resistant alloy heating wire as the heat source, high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulating medium, and the sheath is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel.
The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, it is not necessary to drain the oil in the tank; only the heating core needs to be pulled out and replaced with a new one, making maintenance convenient.
It has a large contact area with the heated oil, low surface power, no carbon deposition, and the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. It has a long service life, is safe and reliable.
Product Process:
HRY3/380V/5KW Sheathed Electric Heater is made by inserting electric heating wire into an outer tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, then shrinking the tube. After heat treatment (some tubes do not require it), it is processed into various shapes required by the user. It has simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acid-base salts, and is also suitable for melting low-melting-point metals.
Application Range: Suitable for heating air, oil, water, chemical media, hot pressing molds, melting salt, alkali, and low-melting-point alloys, etc. It features high thermal efficiency, long service life, high mechanical strength, convenient installation, safety, and reliability.
Shape Classification: According to different shapes, heating tubes can be divided into: straight single-end heating tube, straight double-end heating tube, U-shaped heating tube, W-shaped heating tube, special-shaped heating tube, spiral heating tube.
Instructions:
1. HRY3/380V/5KW Sheathed Electric Heater, the working voltage shall not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. The dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in the oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning; the heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size for the tubular electric heater is φ65mm.
4. This model of tubular electric heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined according to the actual size of the heating medium.
Note: The tubular electric heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 types.
