HRY5 Sheath-type Electric HeaterProduct Features:
1. Adopting the form of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, it has the characteristics of large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, long service life, and convenient replacement and maintenance.
2. Due to the use of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, if a certain electric heating element is damaged, only that damaged element needs to be replaced without replacing the entire heating source, greatly reducing the subsequent investment of the user.
3. The surface load design can be determined according to customer needs. The standard surface load design is 0.7 W/cm².
4. The sheath-type tubular electric heater can be optionally equipped with liquid expansion thermostat, manual reset, AC contactor and other electrical equipment. If the heater needs temperature regulation function, only the temperature control device needs to be installed. When ordering, add the letter "T" after the model; if automatic constant temperature function is required, the heater should be equipped with a thermostat and contactor, and add the letters "TH" after the model when ordering.
5. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times its rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
6. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive, flammable, or corrosive gases.
7. Heater material: carbon steel or stainless steel.
8. Maximum working temperature: 200°C.
9. Working pressure: less than 0.6 MPa
10. Specifications and dimensions: see the table and attached drawing on the next page
HRY5 Sheath-type Electric HeaterMain Technical Parameters:
Rated voltage: Single phase 220V Three phase 380V
Surface heating power: Type 4, 5 ≤1.8W/cm² Type 6, 7 ≤0.7W/cm²
Heat transfer temperature: ≤300°C
Working medium: Mineral oil
Working pressure: ≤0.8 MPa
Heater mounting hole: ≥φ114mm
Note: When selecting, the actual conditions of the heating medium and the installation dimensions of the equipment should be considered. The surface heating power should be selected as ≤0.7W per square centimeter as much as possible. When wiring, the power distribution control box to the electric heater should be connected with appropriate high-temperature wires.
Usage, Maintenance and Precautions:
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in the oil to avoid burning the components.
2. The heated medium should be non-corrosive.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced first, and then raised to the rated voltage after melting, to prevent excessive heat concentration and reduce the service life of the components.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, they must be completely removed before reuse to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out the components.
5. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm after long-term storage, the heating core can be removed and dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or the component can be energized at low voltage for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.
